How to Prepare

For best results, smoke at 250-275°F for 4-6 hours until meat pulls back from the bones. Remove the membrane from the back before cooking. Can also grill over indirect heat. Grass-fed ribs run leaner—wrap in foil halfway through if needed. Season with your favorite dry rub or simply salt and pepper.
