How to Prepare

For best results, roast bones at 400°F for 30 minutes first for deeper flavor. Simmer in water with aromatics for 12-24 hours. Add apple cider vinegar to help extract minerals. Strain and use for soup base, cooking liquid, or sipping broth. Refrigerate—good broth gels when cold.
