About These Bones
Canoe-cut marrow bones are split lengthwise, exposing maximum marrow surface for roasting. More marrow per bite than cross-cut, easier to scoop. A dramatic presentation for special occasions. Grass-fed marrow is richer in nutrients and has a cleaner flavor than conventional.
How to Prepare
For best results, roast cut-side up at 450°F for 15-20 minutes until marrow is soft and slightly pulling from bone. Season with salt. Scoop directly from the bone or spread on crusty bread. Finish with flaky sea salt and fresh parsley.
