Collection: Bulk Grassfed Beef

Buying beef by the share is how families used to fill a freezer. One animal, raised right, picked up in McKinney. No grocery store guesswork.

Our partner ranchers raise Angus and Hereford on Texas pastures, grassfed and grass-finished. No antibiotics, no added hormones, no mRNA vaccines, no glyphosate.

Pick your share

Quarter (~75–90 lbs): a half split between two people, standard cuts. Good for a couple or small family. Half (one side of beef, ~150–180 lbs): full custom cut sheet, you decide every cut. Whole (both sides, ~300–360 lbs): best per-pound value. Full detail and pricing on each share's page below.

How it works

Deposit by the 15th to reserve. Cut sheet by the 22nd (half and whole). Pickup in McKinney, TX the next month once processing is finished. We invoice the balance once the final weight is in, paid before your Saturday pickup.
